Casa Miramar is a stunning ocean front villa located just above a secluded beach at Playa Flamingo on Costa Rica’s northwest coast. Casa Miramar consists of 8,000 square feet with 6 bedrooms on 2 levels. On the main floor you will find 3 large bedroom suites (two with king beds, one with a full size bed and each with a separate bath), a gourmet kitchen, a dining room, and a living room. The living room, kitchen and master suite have beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean. There is a large terrace outside overlooking the Pacific Ocean and the Bahia Papagayo mountains that has a pool, Jacuzzi hot tub, patio bar, and dining area. There is a large screen television in the living room, and there are smaller televisions in several bedrooms. There are also a DVD player, a CD player and too many other amenities to list. The lower level of Casa Miramar consists of 3 bedrooms (all of which are fully furnished with a king or full size bed and each with a separate bath), an additional kitchen, a laundry room, and an exercise room. There is also a separate area for the live-in housekeeper, Marta, with its own living area and kitchen.  The maximum occupancy for Casa Miramar is 10.

Casa Miramar is located in a private neighborhood enclosed within a wall with an electric gate for privacy and security. Casa Miramar also includes telephone service and cable television, and we hope that we will soon be able to provide internet access.

Casa Miramar is close to shops, restaurants, the casino, the marina and the many other amenities Flamingo has to offer. Interesting nearby towns and beaches include Playa Tamarindo, Playa Grande, Playa Conchal, and Potrero. Two spectacular golf courses are within thirty minutes of Flamingo. Here in the beautiful Guanacaste region of Costa Rica, you will also find active volcanoes, white water rivers for rafting and fishing, canopy tours, world class sport fishing, excellent surfing, horseback riding, and perhaps the most complex and diverse ecosystem on the planet. Giant sea turtles return each winter to nearby beaches, and monkeys, iguanas and toucans are plentiful.
